If you become a participant of PARK AMSTERDAM, if you place an order via our website (www.parkamsterdam.nl) or if you visit our PARK, we need some personal data from you. We would like to explain why we need this personal data and what we do with this data in this Privacy Statement.
PARK AMSTERDAM considers privacy important and is therefore very involved in protecting the privacy of its participants. Personal data is therefore carefully stored, processed and secured by us. What personal data do we collect?
The personal data we store and process are:

• Bank details;
• Information about your visit to PARK (entry and exit time and booked sessions);
• Transaction data from orders;
• IP addresses, operating system and browser type, and timestamps;
We use this data for the following purposes:
• creating a membership;
• drawing up and sending invoices;
• providing information;
• improving our services;
• answering questions asked via, for example, the website;
• the possible provision of information regarding new products and services;
• to be able to fulfil our obligations arising from contracts we have entered into with you, as well as for invoicing and delivery.
We need this information to implement our agreement, namely to facilitate your membership of PARK AMSTERDAM. Sometimes we also need your data to comply with a legal obligation, for example to file a tax return. Rest assured, we will not build a profile of you with this personal data and we will never make an automated decision about you.

Provision of personal data to third parties
In order to provide our services, we use other processors and other data processors. We use the all-in-one platform Gymly (www.gymly.io). We do not sell or trade personal data and do not provide personal data to third parties (in addition to the above parties) without your explicit consent.
Your rights
As mentioned earlier, if we have processed your data on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an e-mail to info@parkamsterdam.nl. You always have the right to inspect the personal data that we store about you. If this information is incorrect, you can ask us to correct it. You can also ask for your personal data to be deleted or for the processing to be restricted. You also have the right to ask us to delete your personal data or to make your personal data available to you on a data carrier to, for example, another service provider. You can also object to the processing of your personal data. Finally, you are free to file a complaint. We will then handle your complaint and try to handle it within a reasonable period of time. How long do we keep your personal data?
We store your personal data for as long as necessary for the realization of the purposes for which we process your personal data.
Security
Due to the nature of our services and the trust you must be able to place in us, taking into account the state of the art and the implementation costs, we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that the processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the GDPR. We only store the data in the Netherlands and have verified that our partners only store your personal data in a country that the Dutch Data Protection Authority has designated as adequate or that the necessary measures have been taken to guarantee the security of the personal data.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your complaint, you are free to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority on the basis of the GDPR against this processing of personal data. You can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority for this.
