Beef Chief started as a festival caterer in various vintage trucks, bringing the greasy goodness, the people and the good times together.
Way back in 2016 they moved indoors at Oedipus, but after 10 years a new adventure was needed.
Enter Beef Chief at PARK. To keep the adventure real they now also run & manage a new bar along with the kitchen.
With a nod to the multi use nature of the new space we playfully name our new bar Transit.
